He received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business in 2008, with emphases in Marketing and Operations Management. Layne and his wife Courtney were married in 2012 and live in Longmont with their two sons, Carter and Maverick. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

During the past two decades, he has been involved in over 750 transactions ranging from 500 to 130,000 square foot leases, to numerous multi-million dollar land and building sales valued over a billion dollars.

A specialist in commercial leasing, sales, real estate partnerships, and management and investment acquisitions, Neil joined The Colorado Group in 1997 and became a principal just three years later. He served on the board of directors for eight years and has been the acting vice president of operations since 2003.

In addition to his brokerage activities, Neil focuses on building his personal real estate portfolio with numerous developments and building acquisitions in Colorado and Arizona. He is an active member of over 25 commercial real estate partnerships, primarily as the managing partner. These real estate investments include over a million 585,000 square feet and have a market value of more than $125 million.

Neil has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, with a major in finance and real estate, and a minor in economics, finance, and real estate.

Scott Reichenberg has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1995. A Boulder native, Scott takes great pride in being a strong communicator and creative problem-solver when addressing complex real estate transactional issues. Specializing in investment acquisition, disposition, and development, as well as asset management and landlord/tenant representation, Scott sincerely enjoys assisting individual investors and companies to achieve their real estate goals.

Scott became a partner at The Colorado Group in 2008 and is currently the President and Chairman of the Board for the Company. In recent years he has focused on landlord/tenant representation along with acquisitions and dispositions of existing buildings.

Scott’s third-party brokerage activities throughout his career have involved him in over 825 transactions, valued at over $1.25 Billion. Additionally, he is involved in 50 partnerships valued in excess of $275 million and totaling more than 1.2 million square feet. His role in these partnerships ranges from managing partner to passive investor.

Micah Loeb is an expert in navigating commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.  From 50,000 square foot building sales to 500 square foot leasing transactions, he makes the real estate process easy and painless. Micah has been an active broker in the Boulder market place since 2016, one year after he graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Business Operations Management and Real Estate studies.  Within that time, Micah has been involved in over 750,000 square feet worth of transactions valuing over $69 million. However, he’s not all business. Micah loves to spend time hiking with his dog, skiing with his friends and traveling with his family as often as possible.  Micah is also an active contributor to the nonprofit, Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics and believes in creating a better, cleaner World for the next generation.
